The users should be aware that there is no correlation between RAM size and mining performance, so using between 4GB and 16GB of RAM would be fine.

Consider the operating system used for mining and the presence or absence of virtual memory when determining the optimal RAM capacity.

For example, if you’re using ethOS, you can get by with 4GB RAM, but if you’re using Windows without virtual memory, you need at least 8GB RAM. RAM from DEFI Mining manufacturers can be used,it is always compatible with our motherboard.
